The Marketing Campaign Management with Generative AI course aims to equip participants with the skills to execute marketing campaigns that align with strategic objectives and optimized testing plans. Through the use of generative AI, participants will learn to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns across various marketing channels. Additionally, participants will gain the ability to monitor campaign performance across multiple media platforms, analyze data, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. This course focuses on customer engagement and provides actionable insights to refine and adapt marketing strategies for long-term success.

✔️Course completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass assessments
✔️Aged 21 years and above.
✔️Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent.
✔️SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.
The course will be conducted in English and Mandarin.
Presentation slides will be provided in bilingual format, while assessments will be administered in English.
