The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce. As a continuing education and training (CET) system, WSQ supports the SkillsFuture movement to:

- Promote holistic development of the workforce through technical and generic skills and competencies;

Course Learning Outcome
✔️LO1: Types, categories and classifications of beauty care, cosmetics and skin care products and their countries of origins.
✔️LO2: Types of customers and their requirements for beauty care, cosmetics and skin care products.
✔️LO3: How to provide beauty care, cosmetics and skin care products advisory in accordance with organisation’s policies and procedures.
✔️LO4: Demonstrations and provide advice on beauty care, cosmetics and skin care products and their usage.

Pre-requisites
✔️Course completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass assessments
✔️Aged 21 years and above.
✔️Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent.
✔️SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.
Medium of Instruction & Trainer
The course will be conducted in English and Mandarin.
Presentation slides will be provided in bilingual format, while assessments will be administered in English.
