The program offers students an opportunity to understand the technical know-how about starting and running his or her own business as well as the expectations of employers from employees especially in this ever-changing business dispensation. This program does not only deal with local businesses as case study. It is designed to use the international market scene to challenge students to being proactive, as employees are being give herculean tasks to deliver across various parts of the world irrespective of the challenges they face going across borders.

The qualification consists of 4 mandatory units with a total of 208 hours of Guided Learning (GL) to achieve the full qualification.


The mandatory module and skills the learner will perform are:


MODULE 1: Business Sales Communications

This course introduces learners how to handle customers in developing effective communications. The students will understand how to read body languages of the clients and solving customers complaints to achieve customers’ satisfactions.


MODULE 2: Marketing

This module shows the importance of applying marketing concepts to enhance organisational growth. The students will understand the benefits of studying marketing processes as part of management and gaining the customer trust through satisfaction as the end point.


MODULE 3: Digital Marketing

This module shows the use of digital technology to assist with sales and marketing of the company. The students will be able to understand and learn how to use the different channels online to achieve better KPI for sales.


MODULE 4: Sales Proposal and Negotiation

This modules will shows the different proposal stage and how to negotiate with customers. The students will learn and practice how to do a sales proposal, presentation and different negotiation skills. They will benefits with the practices in classes and learn with valuable feedbacks.

探讨如何处理客户以建立更加有效的沟通。学员将学习如何敏锐地解读客户的身体语言,更好地理解客户的需求和期望。我们将注重培养学生解决客户投诉的能力,以提升客户满意度。我们将侧重实际案例和模拟情境,帮助学生在真实的业务环境中应对各种挑战,培养他们在销售过程中建立积极且持久关系的能力,为未来的职业发展打下坚实基础。


单元2:市场营销

了解将营销过程视为管理的一部分的好处,并学会通过满足客户期望来建立客户信任,以实现最终的业务目标。我们将关注市场营销的实际运作,帮助学生理解如何制定和执行有效的营销战略,以满足当今复杂市场的需求。学员将不仅仅具备理论上的市场知识,更将培养实际应用这些概念的能力。我们将借助案例研究和实际项目,让学员在模拟和真实市场环境中进行实践,以提高他们的决策和执行能力。


单元3:电子营销

了解电子营销的策略和实施,培养他们在数字平台上推动销售的能力。我们将引导学员探索各种在线渠道,了解如何有效地利用社交媒体、电子邮件营销和其他数字工具来扩大市场份额。这将使学员具备适应快速发展的电子营销领域的能力,为他们的职业发展增添新的竞争优势。

MODULE 1: Business Sales Communications

• Explain the different ways of communication and its effectiveness in different customers

• List the different body language from customers

• Explain effective ways to solve customers complaints

• List different communication icebreakers and use them to have better relationships with the customers.

• Use negative feedbacks and experiences and turn them into positive ones


MODULE 2: Marketing

• Explain how to use marketing strategies and processes to achieve good customer relationship.

• List steps necessary for understanding how the marketplace and the customer relates.

• Illustrate the strategies of a market that is customer oriented and driven.

• Explain the importance of marketing channels as related to customer satisfaction.

• State the relationship between sustaining a market, corporate/social responsibilities, and organisational ethics.

• State the benefits of sustaining a healthy competition amongst rivals.


MODULE 3: Digital Marketing

• Explain how the internet and social media will affect the consumer behaviour and expectations.

Course Objectives

The goal of this course is to expose the students to business know-hows needed to start up and manage a business. At the end of the course, students will be thoroughly assessed and if found satisfactory, will be given a Diploma in International Business Development.


This program also gives the students basic information about opening their own businesses and becoming entrepreneurs. They would also become better managers and supervisors should they work under other employers. They will be fully ready for the world of works as theoretical backgrounds and real-life work scenarios will be perfectly fused, thereby enabling students to be equipped and ready for any job they are about to embark on.


Pre-requisites

• At least 16 years old

• Academic Requirement: At least a Grade C6 (Min 50%) at O-Level in any 3 subjects or matured candidate who is 30 years old with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.

• Language Requirement: At least IELTS 5.5 or a pass in GCE ‘O’ Level English or equivalent
