The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) is a national credential system that trains, develops, assesses and certifies skills and competencies for the workforce. As a continuing education and training (CET) system, WSQ supports the SkillsFuture movement to:
- Promote recognition of skills and competencies to facilitate progression, mastery and mobility;
- Promote holistic development of the workforce through technical and generic skills and competencies;
- Support economic development by professionalising skills and competencies to drive industry transformation, productivity and innovation efforts; and
- Encourage lifelong learning.

WSQ is underpinned by a strong quality assurance framework. From developing competency standards, to accrediting training providers to awarding WSQ qualifications, stringent criteria are applied to ensure best standards and delivery. ✔️LO2: Develop integrated digital marketing plans across channels to engage target customers with generative AI
✔️LO3: Create engaging content across digital channels using generative AI and best practices for messaging, formats and timing.
✔️LO4: Implement integrated digital marketing campaigns using tactics and elements aligned to goals with generative AI.
✔️LO5: Analyse and optimise campaign performance across channels based on key success factors with generative AI.
Pre-requisites
✔️Course completion requirements: Fulfill at least 75% attendance and pass assessments
✔️Aged 21 years and above.
✔️Education level of at least Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 3 or its equivalent.
✔️SOQ shall counsel and advise applicants without meeting the education, literacy and numeracy requirement that they may not be able to comprehend the content, keep up pace of training and/or cope with assessment conducted. Where necessary, unsuitable applicants will be discouraged from enrolling in the programme.
Medium of Instruction & Trainer
The course will be conducted in English and Mandarin.
Presentation slides will be provided in bilingual format, while assessments will be administered in English.
